This agreement applies to all users of the Mira Travel website and mobile application. By using the site, you are deemed to have accepted the following terms.

1. Description of Service

Mira Travel offers users the opportunity to make accommodation reservations. The services provided are in accordance with legal regulations and company policies.

2. User Obligations

• The user undertakes that the information provided is accurate and up to date.
• The user is responsible for all transactions made through the site.
• It is forbidden to share content that is illegal, immoral, or violates the rights of third parties.

3. Privacy and Personal Data

Users' personal data is processed and protected within the scope of the KVKK Privacy Policy.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights to the site content, design, and software belong to Mira Travel. Unauthorized copying and use are prohibited.

5. Changes to the Agreement

Mira Travel reserves the right to make changes to this agreement. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on the site.

6. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement is subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized for disputes.
